We are now expanding our media presence through branded educational and promotional content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
🎥 Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Video Editor & Social Media Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong command of video editing tools, storytelling sense, and the ability to manage and grow social media platforms with engaging content.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Design reels, promos, and educational explainers for Business Lines’ brand and services.
- Manage daily uploads, hashtags, and posting schedule across all social platforms.
- Create and execute content calendars and maintain consistent brand tone.
- Coordinate with management for script, voiceover, and campaign planning.
- Track performance analytics (views, reach, engagement) and optimize future content.
- Assist in developing YouTube thumbnails, intro/outro animations, and text overlays.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
🧰 Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design (Canva, Photoshop preferred).
- Strong sense of timing, visuals, and brand storytelling.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and TikTok analytics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
🎓 Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Media Studies, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing or social media management (portfolio required).
- Fresh graduates with strong editing skills and passion for digital content may also apply.

🕓 Working Hours
Monday – Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible schedule for creative work)
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Achieve monthly sales objectives
- Qualify the customer needs
- Negotiate and contract
- Master demos of our software
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Passion for software products
- Perfect written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
