FEMALE SALES EXECUTIVE (Corporate Sales)

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Female Sales Executive (Corporate Sales) to join our growing ERP sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling Odoo ERP solutions to corporate clients, building long-term relationships, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify corporate leads for Odoo ERP solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations (online & onsite)
  • Understand client business processes and propose tailored Odoo solutions
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with functional & technical teams for solution alignment
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Managers)
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
    • 1–3 years of experience in corporate/solution sales (ERP experience preferred)
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Confidence in dealing with corporate clients
    • Basic understanding of ERP / Accounting / Business Processes (training provided)
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude
